E-Document News covers the entire lifecycle of the document from creation and production to distribution and storage/retrieval. Resources include the free newsletter and newletter archive.

The Electronic Document Systems Foundation [EDSF] [http://www.edsf.org/] - The Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the value and relevance of document communications worldwide. Its goals are to be a catalyst for education and research initiatives and to bring the industry together to resolve document communications issues that impact society. Resources available include a miminum of 30 yearly scholarships as well as other eductional program offerings.

Franklin Technical Society [http://franklintech.org/] - A Society for printing professionals. Regular membership restricted to government employees. Associate membership available for non-government print professionals. Resources include dinner meetings, print facility tours, newsletter, links to professional development resources and Education Incentive Award scholarships.

International Publishing Management Association [IPMA] [http://www.ipma.org/] - IPMA is the International Publishing Management Association, an organization of corporate publishing and distribution professionals. IPMA is dedicated to the in-house professionals who provide graphic design, page layout, copy, print, mail and distribution services to their enterprise. Various resources including scholarship [awards for members and/or families], newsletter, education opportunities, certification, etc.

Print and Graphic Scholarship Foundation [PGSF] [http://www.gain.net/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx? webcode=lower35&wps_key=7CA2C42E-AEF4-4351-9139-A5BB554604EA] - The mission of the PGSF is "To strengthen the print and graphics industry by providing scholarship assistance." STUDENTJOBS.gov: e-scholar [http://www.studentjobs.gov/e-scholar.asp] - The United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) e-Scholar website provides all students (high school and higher), parents, and career professionals information on different educational opportunities offered by Federal Government departments and agencies, or partnering organizations.

U.S. Government Printing Office - Student & Grad [GPO] [http://www.gpo.gov/careers/scholars.htm] - Part of the GPO Career site, contain specific information for students and recent graduates on the Student Educational Employment Program, Career Internship Program, Outstanding Scholar Program, as well as free email notifications of student employment opportunities at GPO.
