Attending the recent Xplor seminar in Annapolis gave me an excellent opportunity to get out and do some networking. It's never too early to begin networking, as any contact that you have could be an important one sometime in the future. The discussions and presentations that occurred at the seminar were very informative and provided an in-depth look at where the industry stands, as well as where it is headed. Participating in Xplor as a student has allowed me to build up an early contact list for possible future business relationships, and even led to a job interview! I would encourage other students and young professionals to get out and "Xplor" the printing industry by getting involved in this wonderful organization!
